The Six Phases
Each phase builds on the last
Sequential by design. No skipping forward. The structure is the safety.
Calibrate
Days 2–3
Orient yourself inside the Genesis framework. Your sensitivity is not a flaw being fixed — it is a perceptual instrument being trained.
The Calibrate phase begins immediately after your Entry Assessment. You already have your Perception Profile — now you learn how to read it. The sensitivity score is not a grade. The complex indicator is not a label. They are coordinates. This phase teaches you to use them.
Key outcome: Sensitivity baseline deepened. Observer/Absorber distinction introduced.
What you do
- Complex Origin Mapping — trace the original logic
- Pattern Timeline — when the pattern became automatic
- Observer/Absorber distinction — first practice
Map
Days 5–8
Map the psychological structure beneath your automatic responses. Locate the original logic — the moment the pattern made complete sense.
Mapping is not analysis. It is archaeology. You are not asking "why am I like this?" — you are locating the specific moment when this response was the most intelligent option available. The pattern made sense once. Finding that moment changes your relationship to the pattern permanently.
Key outcome: Complex origin mapping. Vulnerability Profile completed. Golden Shadow flagged.
What you do
- Trigger Inventory — what activates the pattern now
- Body Signal Mapping — where you feel it physically
- Environment Audit — which spaces amplify it
- Week 1 Integration — consolidating what you found
Train
Days 9–14
Build the Observer capacity. This is a skill, not a concept. It requires repeated practice across multiple days and real situations.
Most self-work programs explain the concept of "observing your thoughts" in a single paragraph and move on. Genesis spends an entire week on it because the gap between understanding observation and being able to do it under pressure is enormous. This phase closes that gap through daily practice.
Key outcome: Foundational Witness practice. Live-situation Observer application.
What you do
- Foundational Witness practice — daily repetition
- Live-situation Observer application
- Absorber/Observer distinction deepened through real scenarios
- Pattern recognition in real-time interactions
Source
Days 16–17
Learn to identify the origin of emotional information in real time. Is this mine, theirs, or mixed?
Sensitive people absorb emotional information constantly. The problem is not the absorption — it is the inability to identify the source. "Am I anxious, or am I picking up their anxiety?" This phase gives you a repeatable protocol for answering that question in real time.
Key outcome: Five-Step Emotional Sourcing Protocol practiced with past interactions.
What you do
- Five-Step Emotional Sourcing Protocol — introduced
- Practiced first with past interactions (lower stakes)
- Source identification in present-day situations
Discern
Days 19–21
Distinguish genuine intuitive reads about people from anxiety-based projection. Build trust in your own perception.
You have always been able to read people. The question is whether you can trust those reads. Anxiety produces pattern-matches that feel like intuition but are actually projection. This phase teaches you the six characteristics that distinguish genuine signal from noise.
Key outcome: Six-characteristic rubric. Signal Reliability baseline begins forming.
What you do
- Six-characteristic rubric for signal vs. noise
- Signal Reliability tracking begins
- Intuition vs. projection — practical distinction
- Building trust in your own perception
Integrate
Days 23–27
Reclaim the capacity your complex pushed into shadow. Apply specific pattern interruption techniques to your top two self-patterns.
The Golden Shadow is the capacity you shamed away because it was too close to the wound. If your complex is Shame, your Golden Shadow might be visibility. If Rejection, it might be genuine intimacy. This phase helps you identify it and begin reclaiming it — not as aspiration, but as practice.
Key outcome: Golden Shadow work. Pattern Interruption Toolkit mapped and practiced.
What you do
- Golden Shadow identification and reclamation
- Pattern Interruption Toolkit — mapped to your top 2 patterns
- Completion Perception Profile generated
- Day 1 vs. Day 28 comparison — proof of the work
- Personal statement in your own words
Ready to begin?
The Entry Assessment on Day 1 delivers genuine standalone value. Even if life interrupts after that, you leave with your Perception Profile.
